These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Kidsway School’s website, learning platform, and services.

1. Definitions

  • “User” / “You” → Parent, guardian, or adult enrolling a student
  • “Student” → Minor/child enrolled in our programs
  • “Courses” → Online classes, modules, live sessions, lessons

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Share login access
  • Copy, record, or distribute course materials
  • Resell or republish our content
  • Harass instructors or students
  • Use Kidsway for unlawful activity

Violation may result in permanent termination without refund.

3. Course Enrollment

By enrolling:

  • You confirm you are a parent/guardian of the student
  • You acknowledge that course access is non-transferable
  • You understand content may involve digital technology & online tools
  • Kidsway may modify lessons or instructors as needed

4. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in USD
  • Payments must be completed before course access
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent payments lead to immediate suspension

5. Certificates

Certificates are issued only when:

  • All classes are attended as required
  • Assignments are completed
  • No refund has been issued for the course

6. Parental Responsibility

Parents/guardians agree to:

  • Monitor child’s online interactions
  • Ensure proper device and internet availability
  • Maintain respectful communication

7. Instructor & Class Changes

Kidsway reserves the right to:

  • Change instructors
  • Modify schedules
  • Update curriculum
  • Reschedule missed classes

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, worksheets, curriculum, and content belong to Univendeur Inc.

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce
  • Record
  • Copy
  • Upload
  • Sell
  • Share

our content anywhere.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kidsway is not responsible for:

  • Internet/device issues
  • Student performance variations
  • Loss of data due to user error
  • External platform outages

Maximum liability is limited to the course fee paid.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
