1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  1. The request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  2. You have attended no more than 20% of the course content (live classes, lessons, modules).
  3. You have not downloaded more than 20% of PDFs/workbooks/projects.
  4. You have not violated Kidsway policies, including misuse, plagiarism, or abusive behavior.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are NOT applicable to:

  • Completed courses
  • Certificates already issued
  • One-on-one coaching sessions
  • Special workshops, bootcamps, or guest sessions
  • Any discounted promotions, bundles, or coupon-based enrollments
  • Physical products, if any (books, kits, materials)

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@kidsway.us with:
    • Parent/Student full name
    • Course enrolled
    • Order ID
    • Reason for refund
  2. Refunds may take 7–10 business days to be processed back to your original payment method.

4. Course Suspension Due to Refund

Once a refund is approved:

  • Course access will be immediately revoked
  • Certificates or progress will be nullified

5. Abuse of Refund Policy

Kidsway reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Excessive refund requests
  • Fraudulent card chargebacks
  • Misuse of course access or downloading materials

6. Changes to Policy

Univendeur Inc. may update or modify this policy anytime. Updates will be posted on this page.
